A Keller, Texas Commercial Builder

Aghorn Interests, LLC has been building commercial and office projects across North Texas since 2010. We are owner-led and deliberately hands-on, the kind of contractor an owner hires when they want a straight number and a real schedule instead of a sales pitch.

The firm was founded by Basil J. Privett, a Texas A&M–trained construction executive with more than two decades of experience taking commercial buildings from entitlement through closeout. That experience covers ground-up office, medical, and retail work as well as tenant finish-outs, and it means the person pricing your job is the person who builds it.

What kind of projects do you build?

Commercial and office work across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex: ground-up office, medical, and retail buildings, tenant finish-outs, and the site and structural work that comes with them.

Where do you work?

We are based in Keller, Texas and build throughout the DFW Metroplex, including Tarrant and Denton counties.

Do you offer design-build?

Yes. We can carry a project under a single design-build contract, or work as your general contractor or construction manager at risk, whichever fits your deal.

Can you help before we have full drawings?

That is exactly what preconstruction is for. Give us a program or early drawings and we will build a real budget and schedule you can plan and finance around.

Can you work in an occupied building?

Yes. We phase tenant improvements and interior work around your operations, including after hours, so an occupied building keeps running.
