Safety & Quality

The two things we will not trade for speed or price. Everyone who works on an Aghorn Interests site goes home the way they came, and every building we hand over is one we would stand behind.

Our Commitment

A safe jobsite is a well-run jobsite. On our projects, safety and quality are the schedule, not an afterthought bolted onto it.

Safety and quality are not separate from good construction management, they are the proof of it. A site that is clean, sequenced, and under control is a site where people do not get hurt and work does not get built twice.

We hold our own crews and every subcontractor on the job to the same standard, and we back it up in the field, not just in a binder. When a call comes down to safety or schedule, safety wins. Aghorn Interests has run its jobsites that way since 2010, and it is one reason owners across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex keep hiring us back.

How We Run It

Four disciplines that carry every commercial project from mobilization through the warranty walk, on every job we take on across North Texas.

Jobsite Safety

  • Site-specific safety planning before mobilization
  • Daily awareness and regular toolbox talks
  • Clear housekeeping, access, and fall-protection standards
  • Incident reporting and prompt corrective action

Subcontractor Prequalification

  • Trades vetted on safety record and capability
  • Insurance and licensing verified up front
  • Expectations set in writing at buyout
  • Performance tracked across the project

Quality Control

  • Inspection at each critical stage of the work
  • Mock-ups and first-work reviews where it matters
  • Coordination that catches conflicts before they are built
  • Documentation that follows the building to closeout

Closeout Discipline

  • A punch list driven to zero, not left hanging
  • Clean as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranties
  • Systems demonstrated and turned over properly
  • Warranty response that does not disappear after handover

We would rather lose a day to do it right than lose a reputation doing it fast. On our sites, safety and quality are the schedule.
