A safe jobsite is a well-run jobsite. On our projects, safety and quality are the schedule, not an afterthought bolted onto it.
Safety and quality are not separate from good construction management, they are the proof of it. A site that is clean, sequenced, and under control is a site where people do not get hurt and work does not get built twice.
We hold our own crews and every subcontractor on the job to the same standard, and we back it up in the field, not just in a binder. When a call comes down to safety or schedule, safety wins. Aghorn Interests has run its jobsites that way since 2010, and it is one reason owners across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex keep hiring us back.
